We offer Love, Dignity, and Detergent! These events are used to assist families in need with free laundry, discussion, and fellowship. Our goal is to assist with what the family needs, and discuss more on how we can help. This not only means laundry help, but maybe a job, a little education, some friendship, a connection, and wherever the discussion takes us.
Our Lapel Laundry is 1 of only 2 laundries in Indiana listed as a Laundry Love site. We hold our LAUNDRY LOVE events on the FIRST Saturday of EVERY EVEN month of the year from 9am to 1pm. Reminder: EVEN months only!

If you know a family that could use some help, get them in touch with us or help us get in touch with them.
If you are a family in need: simply show up on the first Saturday of the month. We have a limit of 50 pounds per family. We will help you wash and dry your laundry for free and provide the free detergent. Simply stay with your laundry and one of our volunteers will help you out! We will take our last customer through the door around Noon, so that we can wrap up this portion of our day by 1pm.
